Refund & Returns Policy

At THE BEAUTY BOX BY SHERIFF x GlamGoRound, we are committed to delivering premium beauty products, custom hair solutions, and professional services with the highest standards of quality, care, and professionalism.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products and services, the following policies apply:

Product Sales

All sales are final.

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

 Wigs and hairpieces
 Hair extensions
 Custom hair units
 Cosmetics and skincare products
 Opened or used items

We strongly encourage clients to book a consultation prior to purchase to ensure proper selection, color match, and fit.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Items must remain unused and in original condition for review. Approved issues will be handled at our discretion.

Custom Orders

All custom units, specialty orders, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.

Custom pieces are created specifically for the individual client and cannot be resold.

Deposits & Booking Policies

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your appointment, event date, or production slot and are applied toward your final balance.

Because we reserve time exclusively for each client, deposits are forfeited in the event of cancellation.

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated with reasonable notice and are subject to availability. Approved reschedules will have deposits transferred to the new date.

 

Services

All completed services are final.

If you have concerns regarding your service, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours so we may assess and determine an appropriate resolution.

Force Majeure

THE BEAUTY BOX BY SHERIFF x GlamGoRound shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to, acts of government, public health restrictions, natural disasters, severe weather, venue closures, travel restrictions, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

In the event such circumstances arise, appointments or events may be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable future date. Deposits will be transferred to the rescheduled booking and will remain non-refundable.

We remain committed to working collaboratively with our clients to find fair and reasonable solutions should unexpected events occur.

By purchasing products or booking services with THE BEAUTY BOX BY SHERIFF x GlamGoRound, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
